What type of PFD must every person on a Personal Watercraft (PWC) wear?

In Missouri, as well as in many other states, regulations require that every person aboard a Personal Watercraft (PWC) must wear a U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket, categorized as a Type I, II, III, or V Personal Flotation Device (PFD).
